Thank you for finally referencing 6065 correctly! for years youve called it Tapping which is highly unfair to those (myself) who live in this very specifc small suburb within Wanneroo!

The original labels were from the ATO, but I took your commments on board. The long list always had Wanneroo!

Excellent data, we refuse to change more rent to our tenants, there in the 100% zone, it’s immoral, thieves say silly, I prefer a clean conscience , let the Australian government do there great work, people need to understand it’s tax on tax on tax , rates, licence, permits, everything everywhere, what next tax the wind to sail a boat, if they could they would

If Interest Rate drop (which I believe it will), do you think it will be enough to relief the mortgage stress in significant number?

they are stuck... if they drop rates what happens to house prices? essentially dropping rates will create inflation ... & in this new cycle if they do drop rates i think the lending criteria will go up with a variety of rates pending the risk you present on application.. of course they will love to advertise cheaper rates but those rates will be exclusive for the lowest risk applicants i would plan for the worst ... hope for the best... just my worthless opinion.

I noticed the RBA have no panic marker - "underwater mortgage" - and that's all I will say.

Because they know there are many on the side lines waiting for discounts. The wheel keeps turning

Was thinking of the rental stress. I live 2 hours away from Sydney. A rental here is $50-$100 more per week than Sydney outer suburbs. Ridiculous for a family on one income. We moved here 15 yr ago to get away from Sydney. Post cov id so has Sydney.

    Another excellent presentation Martin.
Hearing data on your previous video gave an insight into the stress, but this rips off the financial bandaid 🩹!
Thank you for providing this 👍👏
