amazing. love it, it absolutely worked. I am on huawei mate 10, and it worked perfectly for me, although some of the steps were kinda different, like for example the reboot screen was white instead of black, and you can just touch the screen, and in order to confirm, you have to type the word "yes" in a box, then click confirm. one funny thing tho, is that on 4:06, when i turned on captions, and when you said "huawei mate 9", the captions said "bobbum 8-9"

Bro, after doing the factory reset. I restarted the phone and when i set it up...after connecting to wifi, i pressed next and then again it asked for .... “Enter your device pin to continue. Required after device restarts.”

Forgot the Pin to my Mate 9 and factory reset is not working - Android System Locked....I have factory and partition wiped the several times, but when the mate 9 restarts it get stuck at a pin logging mode with a message saying "Android system > User data locked" I cannot get into the phone and if i guess the password three more times, well it gets locked for another 1 hour....Can you help me please?

About Huawei mate no- l29. set my fingerprint and the password, but when I rebooted the phone, it kept saying that the password is incorrect and fingerprint is unrecognized.
I tried to enter the password and possible combinations (in order I made some horrible typo in the beginning), but it all was useless.
I tried to wipe my data and start over again (hard reset), but wipe didn't work, the password is still there.
Moreover, I tried to use my gmail account that was linked to the Mate 9 and the android device manager (by google) to reset the password on the screen, but it didn't work either.
Please advice what shall I do?
