This is a video of all three of the previous Elsa cosplay videos put together in one super giant long format video because I do what ever I want here and im running out of content to post consistently PLUS this was the original plan. it was always meant to be one long video, but then I didn't know how to edit it all down into just 20 minutes, so I just DIDNT.
if you are getting deja vu from this video its because I didn't re edit any off the content.... I literally just copy and pasted the OG Elsa videos one after another into my edition software and called it GOOD.
I got tickets to the Ice Castles, and decided to make an icy cosplay to wear while I was there! Queen Elsa of Arendelle is the Iciest queen I could think of AND the outfit that Elsa wears in the Disney Short "Olaf's Frozen Adventure" is by far my favorite Elsa ensemble! I already had the blue velvet in my stash, so I just needed a few more things to put the whole look together!

Try magnets or snaps for capes. The stage version of Elsas dress in the transformation scene is made with magnets. 😊 and heat transfer vinyl instead of glitter glue.

honestly wrt using safety pins on "historical" outfits, many eras (especially the 1700s) literally closed their garments by pinning them closed, every time. I know the intent is to emphasize not caring about historical accuracy, but I just find it fun that it's semi historically accurate anyways to do so 😂👍🧡

How much did all of this cost? I was thinking about doing her Ice Dress, and would want a rough idea of how much something like this would cost?
The velvet was about $90
Organza was around $30
The silver lace embellishments around $100
Fur was like $20
The crystals were around $40
Glitter glue was $40 ish
The wig was one I already had but it was around $60 when I bought it
Those are the big purchases for this cosplay and I’m 6 feet tall so I needed a decent amount of fabric ( 10 yards of both the velvet and the organza)
$380 is the running total for my estimate above, but $450 is probably closer to the actual price

I did a “I clean my sewing area “ video today! lol is a house your something you would want to see? It’s kind of messy right now, but maybe that’s the motivation I need to clean up a bit 😂😂 the new mom life has made it hard to keep things picked up 😂😂😂
