    Kali Mirch Chicken Karahi
    Serves 4-5
    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    -Pani (Water) ½ Cup
    -Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
    -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
    -Chicken karhai cut ½ kg
    -Tamatar (Tomatoes) 2-3
    -Hari mirch (Green chilies) sliced 2-3
    -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
    -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
    -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
    -Garam masala powder ½ tsp
    -Cooking oil ½ Cup
    -Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup (room temperature)
    -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
    -Garam masala powder 1 tsp
    -Adrak (Ginger) julienne
    -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
    -Hari mirch (Green chilies)
    -Adrak (Ginger) julienne
    -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed
    Directions:
    -In wok,add water,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,mix well and bring it to boil.
    -Add chicken karhai cut,tomatoes,green chilies and mix well.
    -Add cumin seeds,black pepper crushed,salt,garam masala powder and mix well,cover and cook on medium low flame for 8-10 minutes then cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
    -Add cooking oil,mix well and cook on high flame for 6-8 minutes.
    -Add yogurt,mix well and cook until oil separates.
    -Add black pepper cruhsed,garam masala powder and mix well.
    -Add ginger,fresh coriander and green chili.
    -Garnish with ginger,black pepper crushed & serve!

    Ajza:

    -Garam masala powder 1 tsp
    -Adrak (Ginger) julienne
    -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
    -Hari mirch (Green chilies)
    -Adrak (Ginger) julienne
    -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed
    Directions:
    -Karhai mein pani,haldee powder aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
    -Chicken karhai cut,tamatar aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
    -Zeera,kali mirch crushed,namak aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
    -Cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.
    -Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag hunay tak paka lein.
    -Kali mirch crushed aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
    -Adrak,hara dhania aur hari mirch dal dein.
    -Adrak aur kali mirch crushed dal ker serve karein.
