Heal Herald Advanced Rotation

Advanced rotation for Heal Herald that maintains key boons, F2, higher DPS, much higher healing, permanent self resistance (which includes 20% dmg reduction and ~500 hps), permanent 20% healing boost to others, and passively outputs hard and soft CC (preserve these as needed by the encounter).

Activate Heal and Swift
Auto-Attack in staff
Consume Elite (after 2nd pulse)
When Ventari is almost off cooldown, consume Fury and Swift
