    冬菇10片
    大片海玉竹4至5片
    蜜棗,一大粒
    南杏北杏一兩
    做法:
    1. 先將所有食材用水浸泡一陣,用視頻中的方法加入豆粉把所有食材刷洗一次,再用清水沖走豆粉,然後加入飲用水浸泡半小時。
    2. 把所有食材及浸泡用的水放入燉盅兩個半小時期間於最後1小時把冬菇腳剪走在回鍋放入燉盅內。
    3. 注意所有風味是來自冬菇㗎。
    4. 所以剪走冬菇腳後,冬菇腳仍然需要留在燉盅以提升味道。
    5. 如果你不太喜歡飲甜版的燉冬菇,你可以考慮放棄蜜棗。
    6. 最後加入少許海鹽調味,織成非常可口及補身的齋湯燉冬菇。

    Ingredients:
    - 10 dried shiitake mushrooms
    - 4 to 5 large pieces of dried beche-de-mer
