JKA karaté training : MIKAZUKI-GERI en détail SHOTOKAN KARATE DO vidéo n°24

Voici une nouvelle vidéo à partager.
Au programme le coup de pied MIKAZUKI GERI.
Vous pourrez voir MIKAZUKI GERI sur quelques points visant à améliorer votre précision, équilibre et efficacité.
-Placement du pied et de la main.
-Mikazuki-geri de manière séquencée.
-Travail de l'angle de la trajectoire.
-Effectuer la virgule dans la technique.
-S'assoir sur l'arrière au moment de l'impact.
-Rapport entre la main et le pied dans les KATA.
Ensuite pour finir quelques exercices à différents moments de la vidéo pour conserver la trajectoire travailler son équilibre et contrôler l'impact du coup de pied.
Il existe de nombreuses écoles qui peuvent aborder MIKAZUKI GERI d'une manière différente.
Pour cette vidéo la mise en pratique est celle de l'école de karaté JKA.
