Hey I really appreciate your honest review. I am in the process of assembling my first cabinotch order. I have to say I am not impressed with the build quality and the amount of slop in their " patented system". I can regularly deliver more precision with a vertical cross cut saw and a table saw. I am seeing gaps everywhere on the box interiors. Its seriously looks lower quality than some of the JSI cabinets or some of the other cheaper RTA lines I have had to install during my 25 year career. I ordered from their face frame line. I will say the customer service was top notch, but the product, (which I have to sell and stake my reputation on) was not. How do I explain a visible gap between cabinet sides and the back or bottom to my customer? (this gap is at eye level). I am having a different experience than you. I do appreciate your perspective, I am also a very small two man shop. Keep posting please
@@GregNanney-p9e thank you for sharing your experience. I used their frameless cabinets so I don’t have valuable experience with their Face-frame line. Based on what you’re saying I’ll stick to using them for frameless boxes. They did send me a mini face frame cabinet and there was indeed a fair amount of slop in joinery. Once I glued it all together it was solid. I don’t remember seeing a major gaps in the mini cabinet but that’s not a real full size box. I’m glad the customer service has been helpful to you. I hope you’re able to get it sorted. Thank you again for your comments. Please give us an update once everything is resolved.
