  • In this video, I talk about a graduate visa in the UK (or PSW/Graduate route/Post-study work visa) and mainly the pros and cons of this visa for international students in the UK. The graduate visa or PSW in the UK was introduced in the UK in July 2021. In 2023, I want to summarise this visa's main advantages and disadvantages. Graduate Visa or Graduate Route is a big topic on my channel, as many international students are worried about how they can build careers in the UK after graduation (or at least get some work experience).
    I will also talk about the eligibility for Graduate Visa in the UK. In summary, the graduate visa is great, but you need to know the reality of it, and you can't just rely on it for your long-term career success in the UK.
    By the way, PSW UK is the wrong name for this visa; it is actually called Graduate Visa UK or Graduate Route UK.

      Which major do you want to go for? In any case, no course can guarantee a job after graduation to be honest…

    Hi. Thank you for this information. As an International student how early can I be in the UK. If the school opens in September can I come 3 months before? Will they give me a visa that starts in September? If so can I they get a visitors visa for the 3 months? Do I apply at the same time? Thank you in anticipation for answer

    I completed my Masters and applied for a postgraduate visa. If I were to carry out a phD afterwards, can I apply for another one for 3 years?

    Hi, thank you for this very informative video. However, unlike your comment, the UKCISA says: "Graduate permission has no restriction or time limit on travel outside the UK". And I have not read any restriction for travel or stay abroad during Graduate Route elsewhere including GOVUK.

    • @MindTheGrad
      @MindTheGrad  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I said in the video that you can’t travel once you have applied for it and waiting for the visa

      @@MindTheGrad Your education provider
      The education provider for your course must be a licensed sponsor with a ‘track record of compliance’.
      Check if your education provider has a track record of compliance - it will have ‘Student Sponsor - Track Record’ in the ‘Status’ column.
      Im asking about this which one should I have Student Sponsor or Track record in status column
