Hi Gujju...so my query is My wife is on student visa and me on dependent visa in Uk and her course completed in September 2022.. so we are planning to visit India in November and get back end of November our BRP gonna expire end of January.. so do we need to apply the PSW before going to india or we can go and come back then apply for the PSW as we have valid BRP for 2 month of expiration...please suggest on it your response is really appreciable...

Hi , very informative video thanks dear, I have just completed my masters I got mail today that u can apply for graduate route visa, so now I have all my payslips ready from last NOV 2022 till now, I work in hotel where payment is done monthly,., now my hotel policy is like they pay monthly so ( calculation is from 1st to 29th date of every month ) but I have received two payslips where I have received payment of 100 hours asked my manager will it be issue he said it won't bcoz in those payslips of 100 hours overall number of weeks is 4.5 (June 2023 and August 2023) where there is extra half week which was also counted, so it came 100 hours overall for 5 weeks

I have applied the psw for my kids and booked the appointment for Biometrics also but could you please help me with the thing that do my husband and me have to sign a separate consent letter or the one provided with consent 1,2&3. Also could you please let me know who has to sign consent 1 and 2 because we are not entitled to fill consent 3. I know I am bothering u but I am really confused at this.

Hi, i want to apply my graduate visa.but I have one confusion do I need new Cas number when you feel your application???
Yes , once you complete your studies , you will get a mail from your university to apply for graduate visa , in that mail they will give a CAS number , from that particular number only you have to apply for PSW . In my case my CAS number remained same as the one I got during admission, but in my friends case CAS number got change So it’s not sure if number will be same.

But I haven't got any Cas number from university and when I call them they told me you wouldn't need any new CAS number. So i have to use my old one which was I got during admission??

I would like to know about the CAS letter. Which CAS number you have given to them? Will University provide any CAS number after completing the degree? Or I can apply with the previous CAS letter that I have got before coming to the UK. Your answer will be helpful please.
After completion of your studies you will get an email from your university in which they provide you a CAS number on the basis of that number you have to apply for PSW . If you pass all your semester without failing then your CAS number remains same but if you fail then your CAS number might change. For PSW application only consider the CAS number sent by your university on completion of your degree.

My sister under student visa entered UK by Sept 20 2021, and during her thesis she returned India 25th Apr 2022 and returned UK by 14th July,,, and staying here till,,, Student visa expires by Jan 18.. she recd confirmation email from her University to apply graduate visa.. But I need to make sure whether shall i show this 2 months 19 days (stay outside UK during dissertation) ???? If i need to show whether this affects the graduate visa ??? Please tell me,,, we are currently applying and will wait for your response.

my agent suggesting me BPP University saying this is very good University with law fees
but other are telling this is worse University you will not get PSW if you continue with this University
and also saying there is some kind of sacm in BPP University

There are many universities for law in UK , if you have doubt on any particular uni then go with the other one , you are going to invest money so don’t listen to agent

After that a unique application reference number comes and under that two options.
1- provide evidence and photos
2- withdraw application
Have you provided any evidence

If u get 5 years skilled worker visa than after completion of this visa u r eligible for ILR means pr in uk, after one year of ILR u r eligible for uk citizenship
