So this has a belt driven rotor? Do did some of my Harleys perfect function. However if I'm mistaken fine but the sound like belt squel at start up would make me test belt torque and also i would spray water on it and note the result. Would hate to fall out of the sky from a surprise rain fall.
Oddly enough I was about to comment that the piloting on display in this video clip is exceptionally smooth and precise. My only helicopter flying has been in the virtual world of Microsoft Flight Sim enhanced using a realistic cyclic lever, collective with a twist grip throttle, and anti-torque pedals. Over hundreds of hours, I learned to finesse that delicate balance between cyclic and pedals required to hover dead still or follow curved runway markings without wavering in a walking pace ground taxi. With those armchair aviator credentials to brandish, I hereby agree to disagree with you on what grade to award this pilot.
I have a lot of questions about the overall reliability, stability & the skills of these two pilots! I mean they look like they flew awfully close to that building when they came in for that landing & they looked wobbly & unsteady & I’m sure I’m not sure what that takeoff was all about!
Its a helicopter lesson with instructor so save and its optical illusion duh the camera position the building is far more away then uou think. So all with all save as it can be 😉

After watching that somewhat sloppy flying suddenly my take-offs and landings in my simulated XPlane Cabri seem pretty damn good.
