That Tele and that amp are married now. And your talent conducted the (very eloquent) wedding. Great stuff. Had me smiling the second the ceremony started! Is that your drumming and bass playing, too? Nice tones!
That moment when you first realize that almost every great guitar album you love.. its one of these little things they used hehe. For 20 years you've been chasing 100w twins and plexis and slowly going deaf. Mind blown.
@@bltfan1976 It sounds absolutely spot on with that Tele. Gorgeous little thing. I want one! I may have make one myself though not being on the Forbes list..
I first got really interested in tweed champs a few years back when I discovered Julian Lage. His albums “Arclight” and “Modern Lore” heavily feature a ‘50s Tele into a ‘58 Champ. If you like jazz at all I recommend them. I’ve heard early Zeppelin albums feature Champs. What are some other albums Known for using this little wonder?
@@johnalderete5328 Yes, I saw some of Julian's music on TH-cam where he's playing his tele through a Champ. He sounds great! I've heard that Funk 49 by the James Gang was a Champ. And of course everyone talks about Layla and other Clapton tunes featuring the champ. I'm sure there's much more out there of course that we don't know of.
Thank You for Sharing.
Your playing through that Tweed just made my little corner of the planet a happier place.
Thanks man! Cool, that's what it's all about.
Love these
Thanks
Great song

My tweed 59 champ is my fav lately. Love your channel.
Thanks! Glad to hear about your 59 champ.
I’ve named mine Leo. He’s most certainly my good faithful buddy. 😮

Yes, I've been really surprised too. It's definitely a great studio amp.

Modern wiring on the tele? Sounds fresh
Yes, it's the modern wiring.
Sounds like records!
Cool man!
Great little amp but the playing does it proud; and that bridge pup is no slouch either!
Thanks man! Yes that bridge pickup really sounds good through the champ.
Like Clapton!
Thanks!
You've proven that there's nothing like a Tele through a cranked tweed amp. Now I gotta go grab one of mine and fire up the 5E3. Be well.
Yes, I haven't played through a pedal yet that can match the sound of cranking a tweed amp.
