Sorry for your trouble Gents 🙏 having been through this a couple of times I know the anguish. My perpetrator cleaned my house out twice, we tracked him down but he was locked up for doing the local bank over and cops said I’d add 3months to his 12 years. What a fallen and lost world we live in eh. 🙏✝️ hope you get your gear and footage back it’s never nice to think folks are watching you to take advantage of you is it.
I was robbed years ago and was mostly cleaned out including several expensive guitars. I rang several pawn brokers in the region and left them with descriptions of the guitars. A few days later, I got a call from a pawn broker just over the border in Tweed Heads, saying there is a female in the shop right now trying to get cash for your guitars. She got spooked and left the shop but they managed to get the rego of the car she was driving. I then got a call from Broadbeach police describing the car with that rego number and I was asked if that car was familiar at all .. I said no. The detective said, well the owner of that car is your next door neighbour's next door neighbour. The detectives arrested the 'grub' who was then escorted to all the pawn shops around Gold Coast / Tweed Heads - I got most of the stolen property back. Police said I was very very lucky.
MATT obviously it had to be locals and probably someone who’s seen your videos also, the bright side of it is they didn’t vandalise the machinery at least. Very depressing as now you have to replace the lights and a GoPro and accessories. Not cheap in the long run.
We had equipment stolen, one of our friends purchased most of the equipment from a local second hand dealer. Fortunately for him and us, he visited us to find out how to use it. When we checked the serial numbers (he was very embarrassed) the second hand dealer knew the seller so the police caught him. Sadly its probably a local, as they needed to know the location of the equipment, so if there are local pawn shops in the area, might pay to drop in and have a look around
People suck, sorry about the thief’s. What goes around comes around. Thanks for the continued videos. I just love watching from a far in Montana USA. Your drone footage is outstanding. The scenery around your farm is so picturesque. Good on ya mate!
Many years ago (before we moved here 17 years ago) they had thefts in our small village in SW Sydney. Afterwards the locals put a hangman's noose on the sign to town at the T junction about 1 km up the road. Below the noose was a sign - it read "for thieves". The local constabulary was not impressed but the thefts stopped - pronto. There have other thefts since then and the offenders were not caught - the noose wasn't allowed out either. Thieves need to be careful. While not condoning it, there are some in the community who take care of thieves (and other low lives) themselves. I have heard rumours of some being taken for a trip off shore and cast off the vessel with added flotation - maybe not. Concrete shoes do not float well. There are also others in the community who have licensed firearms and those who purloin other people's property sometimes end up in the rifle sights - they also end up on the "missing list". Law abiding people get law abiding results. Those who don't sometimes get more than what they bargained for.
You guys are near Mooree, NSW if I'm not mistaken. Bit of a crime problem out that way theft wise. I work in transport and I hear endless stories of trucks parked up around that area on the highway being broken into whether the driver is in the truck or not with drivers pulled from cabs, robbed an bashed for their troubles. Most transport companies have warned drivers to avoid stopping in Moree overnight if it can be helped for safety reasons, which would be hurting the roadhouses etc. The court system is too soft on these mongrels which is why they keep doing it. I hope you can recover some or all of your property.
pack of barsteds cant leave other peoples gear alone , and your way out in the sticks too ,thats just unreal and i expect your all peede off the sods , still good videos Matt , hope harvest goes ok ,regards from the UK
If and when you replace the lights, put an Air-Tag in one. Tape it to the inside so it doesn't give itself away. That might lead you to where the rest of the gear is. Cameras in the cab would be a good idea too. When you mount the lights, mount them with double nyloc nuts. That way the lights take too long to pinch and they will forget it.
G'day Matt. That's pretty piss more about your stolen gear, considering the time & effort you guys go to to provide us with regular entertainment. Keep your chin up....
Lots of this going on everywhere. With all the great content and you guys sharing with us all your everyday workings we get to see all the stuff you guys have worked hard for. Theft is a terrible act and it makes you feel terrible while the low lives couldn’t give 2 hoots . Keep up the good work guys
Kerp an eye on market place, local crackheads usually put em straight up, everything you see bulk lights fir sale with the plugs cut off you know exactly whats happened
From England Sorry about your loss overhere they would have had the fuel batteries and guidance systems as well and the police wouldnt bother to turn up and all you would get is a crime reference No for the Insurance Co.
The bad part about having your things stolen, is weeks from now you will discover things that are missing that you didn’t realize at first. Sorry for your loss. Maybe some trail cams would help.
Some are saying thefts are people watching the channel, but the footage is at least 2-3 weeks old. More likely that people are travelling through. They probably know the back roads or hook up with a local who knows the area. In Dubbo many years ago, the cops said that they lock up 6 people and the crime rate falls overnight and increases when they come out. I’d say a few have been let out for Christmas. Either remove the lights or weld them on but that would be short work for an angle grinder. Secluded cameras is probably the go and/or a sign that says everything is monitored remotely.
😮Wow and your so remote! Sucks! Somebody watched you leave last night? Ive left a field to go home, realising I’ve forgotten my dinner bag went straight back to find a pair of quad bikes with lads on the machine. I covered all the vital areas with grease to make it unpleasant at least after. We also started glueing the nuts on, on the LED lights
Your early finish is a mirror to our harvest up in Saskatchewan, we finished on the 23rd of Sept, normally we are around 3-4 weeks later. and some years we're hoping for early snow to melt and finish up in November. In 2016 we actually finished half the harvest during seeding in 2017.
I can empathize, this is an example of why my dog is my best friend. One can't trust a human animal. Even a bountiful harvest can't restore trust. Nevertheless good luck going forward.
Don't get too down it's happening everywhere. We have had the copper pipes and electrical wiring stolen from our shed. And the battery was stolen from our old ute. I couldn't believe it when the ute wouldn't start and open the bonnet and no battery.
Nasty getting stuff nicked, in the big scheme of things it could’ve been worse, they could’ve vandalised or torched the machinery . Back when my dad was alive he had been out fishing all night in his boat, when they got back to the boat ramp he went to get the Ute and trailer, as he went to reverse the front of the Ute dropped down, in the low light he didn’t see the two front wheels were missing, some mongrel had choked up the front and nicked his two of the four new wheels and tyres he just had bought. Cheers lads.

Hey Matt, sucks about the stuff getting stolen, on the bright side, you’ve ripped through almost all of your harvest. Well done. The drone shots really showed how smokey it was up there, hope it’s cleared by now. You should probably look at a bunded pallet for those 44 gallon drums to sit on. Keep them coming, and thanks again.

Because we needed to work the ground for a couple years anyway it did it’s job for us👍 the organic market has slumped a fair bit so it’s not worth it otherwise
Sorry to hear you're being targeted like this. There are some low-lifes knocking around obviously. No doubt taking advantage of your huge generosity in sharing your lives. I despair. I'm so sorry😢
There's some disgusting creatures around. Unfortunately, they rarely come to justice, expecially with our skewed legal system where criminals are nearly rewarded and victims punished. Perhaps something unpleasant will befall them outside the normal channels... Can only hope.
Obviously some local scum bags have twigged where your properties are and know when you’re not around. Don’t leave your ute down the paddock Matt or they will knock off that mobile booster as well the rotters
I never thought you would have thrives on your land so remote, I think they have taken them to stop you working at night? have you been annoying any folk working late? if they were steeling for money the GPS on the roof would be gone, this was to stop you working at night. sorry you will find the lights in a drainage ditch probably .
Matt probably somebody watches the channel and decided that it was like shopping online. The bloody world we live in today. No respect and plenty low life out there that are the masters of five fingered discount.

They take what’s easy and the lights are the easiest to sell👍😁
OK the stolen lights will make you angry for a bit but sXXX happens, grate Chanel @@thejacksonbrothers
Sad when your property is stolen Let’s hope the police find them before you three do
Disappointing that someone thinks that it’s okay to steal from yourselves. Even on the land no one is safe from these lowlife thieves.
Police don’t care what are they going to do
Matt probably somebody watches the channel and decided that it was like shopping online. The bloody world we live in today. No respect and plenty low life out there that are the masters of five fingered discount.
Sorry for your loss
The second time now
Seems like it might have been the same low life’s
They seem to know what they’re doing
Could be watching the vlogs
Keep the great vlogs up
You work hard for what you have and some no good low life steals your stuff
Thanks, this is still only time things have been stolen, I did a short video the day after it happened👍😁
😮oh bugger mate, obviously organised criminal fraternity at work, one might laugh but actually it's absolutely not right.
Who cares ! Buy more , secure your equipment and get to work.
Why would they take it ?
Bastards, more and more this is creeping out into the rural sectors. Countries soft on real crime.
Lots of this going on everywhere. With all the great content and you guys sharing with us all your everyday workings we get to see all the stuff you guys have worked hard for. Theft is a terrible act and it makes you feel terrible while the low lives couldn’t give 2 hoots . Keep up the good work guys
