You are 100% correct. My mistake. It is the 100 ema. In my graphic it shows the 200 but it is meant to be the 100 so wherever you see the 200 mentioned just know that I meant the 100. Thank you for you keen eye. 👀🙏🏼
I trade a similar strategy but I will take a break of your entry candle, it will save you a lot of losses. If you think of it on a micro scale the break is a new high or low of that candle.
in every winning trade you could have tightened that stoploss by using the 50. I think if it's going to drop as low as the 100 it's going to fail, why not try a smaller stop
Sorry but to be honest it doesnt work well for me in my bactest .It doesnt lose either on the 5m chart but it still isnt worth it since after 15 trades I was only slightly profitable.On the 1m chart it loses quite badly in my backtest.

I have been using something very similar, using 200, 50 and 20 SMA. Also trade on any big candle that breaks through the 200 SMA. My win rate is 98.3%

This is what is working for me, try back testing things before making assumptions about what you "think" is going to happen
