@@froxygaming120 thx for the tip, but that's not exactly what I was asking for. most people I watch have six bars of meter to spend, I started with three since launch, & haven't been able to upgrade any characters to more dodge bars
Sounds like your game is bugged. Or maybe it's the style of bar you have that makes it look like 3? You should be able to customize your meter bar. Maybe the fix is there in settings. @@ghami2519
Fred lowkey is one of Velma's only useful assets. He can be easily countered by getting him to run off the side of the map, most characters can do it. It's likely most of these high ranking players in the tournament haven't fought many Velma and thus didn't know the counter play for Fred.

using calculated, up attack (light bulb) , flashlight , camera would gave you clues so yeah use those but im not sure for the megaphone tho

@@froxygaming120megaphone is good for keeping distance and also getting back on stage. You can also use it to stop Jason’s and heavy characters
