Who thought giving PPG a half stage zero whiff dtilt that combos into literally anything, a prepatch Black Adam clap sized nair with zero whiff that combos into anything, and a dash attack that also has zero whiff and has so much base knockback that you either just die off the side on DI away or die to a guaranteed uair or up special on DI in was a good idea? The top 5 or so all have this same issue where they have no whiff and extremely early killing combos and shields are not going to fix this issue
