Many people might hear this song initially, and think it's just a normal and beautiful love song, just by the sound. But when you dissect this song carefully and precisely, lyric-by-lyric, one realizes though it's beautiful, it's very sad at the same time. The lyrics describes perfectly of a situation, I'd once went through. We were both in a relationship, but there was something that drew us together intially.
And then we started having secret rendezvous'... we knew it was wrong, but we were falling deeper and deeper for each other the more we'd slept together. More and more addicted... Couldn't leave it. But we acted like there was nothing between us in public. It's crazy, he literally described the whole emotional, yet sad and tough experience what we both had went through(word-for-word), in 3 minutes and 21 seconds...
