uhh i got one question can you make the Lore bold? edit: btw this is one of the only channels that dont play booming rapping music while Not even being close to making me understand btw love the vids and thats some great editing (maybe u can make a vid on it)
@@_LD7 give @p basically means giving the item to the nearest player. minecraft:sponge means that you can give a sponge to the nearest player. It can be changed to any block in minecraft. {display:{Name:'{"text":"Jazz'}'}} means the main name of the item is called Jazz. "color":"gold" means the color of the main name is gold. You can change the color, like in the video. {"text":"helur","color":blue} adds another text behind the main text. The word 'helur' can be changed to anything you like. "color":blue makes the secondary text color blue. And so on. "bold":"true' changes the text to bold. "bold":"false' changes the text back to normal. And the same with 'underlined' and 'strikethrough'. 'obfuscated' like in the video, makes the text messed up and unreadable. Lore:['[{"text":"yourtexthere" gives you a second line of text. "color":"blue" just like just now, you can change the color of the lore.

@@wabiboy LOL
how do I make this work with enchantments?
what command should i use if i also want the item to be enchanted?
reply someone or youll have bad luck for 10 years
so everything is made of tags, and they are stackable
diamond_sword{Tag1:{},Tag2:[{}],Tag3:[]}
this applys to everything
so your command would look like this
diamond_sword{display:{Name:'[{}]',Lore:['[{}]']},Enchantments:[{}]}
@@EtomicCheeseand if i want to apply multiple enchantments?
@@Kailon407hehe Enchantments:[{id:sharpness,lvl:1},{id:fire_aspect,lvl:1},{id:knockback,lvl:1}]
@@EtomicCheeseit doesnt work
im not smart enough for this could one of u msg me it all together. Because i dont got the brain power to do that.
For a custom name - /give @p minecraft:diamond{display:{Name:'{"text":"Hello"}'}}
For a custom name with colour - /give @p minecraft:diamond{display:{Name:'{"text":"Hello","color":"red"}'}} - Adding "color" after the "text":"Hello"
For adding multiple words with individual colours per word - /give @p minecraft:diamond{display:{Name:'[{"text":"Hello","color":"red"},{"text":" to you!","color":"blue"}]'}} - Adding [ ] around the { } so you can have multiple instances of words so it looks like this: [{},{},{},{}]
For adding styles to your text - /give @p minecraft:diamond{display:{Name:'{"text":"Hello","color":"red","obfuscated":"true","italic":"false","bold":"true","underlined":"true"}'}} - obfuscated makes the text look like it is spamming it's self, "italic" makes it italic, "bold" makes it bold and "underlined" makes it underlined
For Lore: /give @p minecraft:diamond{display:{Name:'[{"text":"yeet"}]',Lore:['[{"text":"Hello","color":"blue"}]']}} - Adding "Lore" after "Name:'[{}]'" Lore uses this structure: Lore:['[{"text":"ello"}]']
For multiple lines of Lore - /give @p minecraft:diamond{display:{Lore:['{"text":"Line 1","color":"blue","bold":"true"}','[{"text":"Line 2","color":"gold","underlined":"true"},{"text":" Apart of line 2"}]']}
- Adding more ' ' which makes more lines, so the code structure looks like this: Lore:['','','',''], every ' ' you add after another ' ', you make a brand new line which then you put {} or [{}] which contains the text.
Hope this helps!
@@EtomicCheese Thank you this helps a lot. :)
for some reason for me, the italics don't work for me. everything else worked flawlessly, but for some random reason the whole name disappeared when I tried to use "italics":"false"
can you pls paste that full command plsss
Me: thinks I’m good because I know /scoreboard, /execute, and /playsound
This guy:

"bold":"true" is now "bold":true in 1.20 (just to help people in case they cant find out)
Thank you!
It doesn't worked and I double checked everything
your great
Hello is there any way you can enchant this to give it a cool purple shine effect like the enchanted book perhaps? It would be such a great addition to the design of the specific item
Yoo this is so underrated, the voice, the tutorial, you even put commands in the description! This is amazing, I am your 700th sub
This is a great tutorial, but unfortunately it's not working for me. Is it suitable for 1.21?
can you make the command for me to give a allium flower called ancient allium in purple text with the lore a old flower and is all italcs false and encahnt sharpness 1000(or watever the max is with commands) or tell how to add enchants

When I do this it doesn’t reallly count as a “anvil” named item, could anyone help me? I’m trying to set in another command where it does not work with this command named item
BRO YOUR VIDS ARE AMAZING, And you got a new liker and subscriber. I still wonder why you have only 542 subscribers. You deserve more subs :P
can you make one for the more recent updates
never mind figured it out
/give playername stick[item_name='{"text":"the radiant one","color":"#0000ff"}']

Thanks mate!
Aww thanks, thanks you very much. Its work! 😄
They changed these commands now and I don't even know how to add space in between words on a custom name. I hate the italic text when I do it in an anvil.
I copy pasted the commands in the description to compare to the ones I made and they don’t work? I’m in 1.13.2
i keep getting an error about trailing data and expecting whitelists. pls fix!!!!
how is this so underated u were funny xD
thx for this tutorial
Love You! I am finding this about 2 years
Genuinely one of the best tutorials I've seen - 10/10

the 1st one. who would use commandblock just to rename a item... i mean you can use anvil... except if ur making a Minecraft map! this would be helpful
well you can't add colours and styles to items in an anvil
Uhm im using 1.16.5 and i cant seem to get rhis to work, im trying to rename an item to "yellow" yet it isnt working
Hey.thank you its works but i have problem how can i do color on items name i not understod the video
so after "text":"ello", you add "color":"red". So at the end it looks like this:
{"text":"ello","color":"red"}
hope this helps!
@@EtomicCheese thank you!
Idk why but when I try to run the command it says that I got the item but i didn't. BTW it's a good tutorial
Hey!, i have problem i wanna give the custom name and the enchant custom and its not work
Ik i see this late but can you put the 2 color command here so i can change the color because im dumb and i cant type it right
im trying to do this and i cant is there something wrong with this command /give Bloopaa minecraft:name_tag{display:Name:'{"text":"yes","color":"dark_purple"}'}}
display looks like this
display:{}
you display does not have { }
so the working command looks like this
/give Bloopaa minecraft:name_tag{display:{Name:'{"text":"yes","color":"dark_purple"}'}}
