You can't but love when a videogame takes its music seriously. And this is among the things that got me hype for this game! I'm not even a FPS person, I even I wanna play it!
The music was 90% of the budget and dev time of the game lol. The actual gameplay and graphics are solid, but pretty simple. The music quite literally IS the game.
to be fair, it's more a rythm game than a fps game. The aiming part is really generous, the emphasis is really put on the rythm.
video game music is so fucking good which is why is SO painful when they put out trailers for shit and layer some trash rap or pop over it... especially when the actually game has a fire soundtrack lol

@@thatepicwizardguy Personally I don't mind when games do that when the music in the game isn't a big factor. I just think more games need good metal soundtracks. Like you can even keep the rap and pop, I know people like that music, but add something for us metal heads too, and not just the overplayed 80s rock that they always use. I frequently just turn game music off and have a playlist on in the background.

The fact you only heard snippets of the song once and were instantly able to reproduce and even add some really dope stuff onto all of that, to me, is unbelievable. Absolutely mesmerizing and insane.

I can't wait to play this game. Comes out in 9 days. I swear I've played the demo like 4-5 times, and the gameplay combined with the music is fantastic. Pure dopamine when the vocals kick in because you maxed your combo meter.
I randomly tuned into a stream of someone I follow but havent watched in a while. See them play the game and specifically this song/level. Instantly fall in love with the song. Search for it on TH-cam and find this video. After watching you recreate it effortlessly within a few seconds .... no way i'm not subscribing after that. Amazing.
Your guitar on top of original song is like additional layer of cheese in pizza - not necessarily needed but makes it better 😀

Fuckin hell man. You are a fantastic musician. It usually takes me a few attempts before I'm able to harmonize a new song but you just up and did it right then and there. Also I HIGHLY recommend you play the game. Its a little tricky to get the timing down while also accounting for everything else on the screen but damn when everything just clicks, there is hardly anything like it. I'd say this is even proper competition for Doom and Mick Gordon.
When it comes to video games for me always was first music, then plot, game mechanic/gameplay, visuals. And Hellsinger got it all perfect.
