I've been asked so many times and as you can imagine it does get annoying to give the same answer to the same question over and over again but yes I am working on guide content for Hwoarang. But please I need you guys to be patient, the game has only been out for a week and it's a lot to undertake while still doing my regular content as well. I appreciate the support and I know you're all asking because you just wanna learn but it is going to take time so please be patient
I'd rather wait for a good, quality guide than to have one sooner that's rushed and with outdated information. Like you said, the game's barely a week old! Nobody is playing optimally right now. Take your time bro. Let the green ranks whine if they have to whine 😂

@@PrettyVicious Actually optimal guides on offense can only get you so far. I can pull off most of the best juggles and strings but what's keeping me at purple ranks is the lack of perfecting the FUNDEMENTALS of tekken. The frame reading, punishes, movements. I also cant consistently KBD which is a real pain especially when Hwoarang depends heavily on whiffs for launching.

Playing “properly” i see there is a lot of different ways Tekken can be played. I don’t play Hwaorang i watch him for entertainment and more his decision making
LOL People don't even watch your videos to know you've been grinding and chasing the top Hwoarang rank since day 1 and yet they still ask for beginner guides, thinking you have the time to make a Hwoarang dictionary of all his moves lol.
K-wiss will make the guide when he makes it, in the meantime people need to watch his fights and lab Hwoarang, if they're too lazy, lucky for them other creators have started pumping out guides and combo videos.

Please make a Hwoarang guide, where you include the basics of hwo, strings, pressure, block strings, tips and tricks to confuse your opponent, combos etc. (for beginners mainly) since a lot of new players including me are coming to the game

this. ive just picked up hwoarang as a main and im practically new to tekken. i know kwiss has made heaps of hwoarang guides, but they are way too complex for a beginner. i need a legit step by step for dummies guide

I don’t need anything as basic as “this how you move, this is how you block, etc” but maybe some kind of “starter kit” or “quick guide” that can set up players that are new to Tekken (but not necessarily fighting games in general) with solid fundamental arsenal with some staples to get going and ready to get our asses beat less online by longtime Tekken guys lol.
@@RedShogun13 this would be amazing, ive had to fall back on playing hwo for now simply because rn I am so lost on what to focus on that I feel like ill just spend hours practicing overly complex combos for him instead of developing game sense and intuition from fighting, yet I can't start just fighting with hwo cause of how much less intuitive he is for beginners in comparison to other characters

You are correct about the B3 from RF being a nerf. It has reduced range, and people cannot back-dash it after D3,4.
However, there are other mid-options, 3~4 that can be done from RF which will catch people back-dashing.
Hwoarang has been my favorite fighter.... the only fighter I play with since the first game..... you goated bro I subscribe

Lots of respect for getting that good with Hwoarang. I personally feel like he needs some buffs, he’s a little too slow and doesn’t hit hard enough. I’m struggling with staying in the red ranks with him, I get it and then getting knocked back out.
It’s too early to say whether he’s too weak or too strong in this game because of his depth but all I can really say is he’s a lot of fun

You realize that millions of people are going to buy this game and the overwhelming majority don’t play online because they are not good enough, and most people play video games for fun. But the best part of your comment is that you think it’s about skill Tekken doesn’t take much skill, all you have to do to become a top-tier player he’s have a little bit of strategy learn how to pop up your opponent and juggle them. (The only reason why most people win in this game is because they know how to juggle) but yah it’s skill issues lol

pretty insane since you have been playing tekken since 7. Nunox (no2.) has been around since T6. Played him back then and he was insane. I guess he still is.
Starbreaker is one of the best Law seen so far in Tekken 8. Moreover, he knows the match-up with Hwoarang like few others.

Don’t nobody get on here complaining about him playing a bullshit easy character. He worked hard to get tekken god. Heat goes down when attacked m, blocked or not and your heat freezes when uou land hits so mid combo it doesnt deplete (atleast it shouldnt as i have seen)

There is a practice mode with frame data included, he will release his own guide once he figured things for himself

My boy, K-wiss has the 'luck' problem. I haven't seen any pro get as unlucky as he gets. Probably the character has bad hit boxes. It is ridiculous how many times he got robbed.
