There is a discussion on an online forum, where a user mentions that separating the inner lining from the outer nylon is a method of vastly improving the look of bubbled fabric. I can confirm that this method is the only one that worked for me.
Find a section where the outer material is already separated (by rubbing the section between your fingers, you can feel the two layers moving against each other) then gently pinch each layer, one from the inside and one from.the outside, and slowly pull them apart. I felt the two layers continue to separate as I moved down and across the bag. They separated surprisingly easily.
I should mention that my bag is an older Le Pliage, from the 2005-2007/8 range that apparently had an issue with the glue not sticking properly, so if your bag is newer than that I obviously don't know if the glue in between the layers will release so easily and it may not be an advisable method if too much hard tugging of the thin outer nylon is required. Too much pulling on the outer fabric could damage or stretch the nylon.
I systematically worked all the way across my bag, back, front, and base, until all of the outer layer was unstuck from the lining. So, now my bag has two separated layers instead of the thicker feeling single glued material construction. This obviously affects the feel of the bag as the outer layer feels softer and less rigid, but the bag looks like new and has no unsightly bubbling.
I reiterate, do this at your own risk. I would only recommend this method for Longchamp Le Pliage bags produced during the years mentioned above, that had a known and well reported issue with the glue.

Thank you for the video! Little did I know that we can just iron out the wrinkles or bubbles away. Let me try right away.

I’ve tried with hair dryer, and it little bit help, better than before but not perfectly fixed, because I’m afraid using an iron

The lining will dry up and crack when you do this. It makes the bag worse in the long run.

What setting do you have to put on the iron for the bubbles to be removed?

Your bag was not bubbled it was only wrinkled...it is not the same thing. Ironing doesn't help with the bubbles
