I struggle with the strumming pattern, never used to learning strumming patterns to songs, but the strumming pattern is kinda key to this intro/song. Great tutorial though man!
Thanks, I'm really glad you like the video :). This is a difficult strumming pattern to get as it's quite fast but you will get it. Just start off slowly so you can get used to it. The more you go over it, you will start to pick up the pattern no problem. All the best with it :).

The more confident you get, the faster you will be able to do the change. It can be really tricky to get used to but it starts to feel natural after a while :). Just keep working hard at it and you will feel/hear the progress :).

Currently onto your other video explaining the rest of the song, stuck on the first bit where it changed to D major chord atm with the hammers and what not, can play the D’s by themselves but struggling to incorporate it into the rest of the song. Hi Kate, on the 3rd string you will slide from the 2nd fret up to the 4th fret 2nd string you will play 3rd fret the 5th fret and back to the 3rd fret. (you won't slide from these notes) 3rd string you play 4th fret and slide down to the 2nd fret then play the 3rd string open. I hope this has helped you :).

Start off at a slow pace. Get used to the chord changes and the strumming pattern. Once you feel confident, up the tempo a wee bit. I like to listen to the song a few times, without playing a long with it so I can get the song in my head. After a few listens, I'll play it without the music at a slow tempo to start and then build it up as I go. I hope this helps :).
pleeeaseee can you learn outsiders head in the clouds and roll the credits you teach it properly too many folk on here n they just teach the chords without all hammer ons etc

One question about the video what do you mean at 8:52 with the 6th string
Bend the 6th string on the 3rd fret down and once you have done that, play the 6th string without playing any fretted notes. I hope this helps :).
