    Mason Technology is a leading provider of high-quality scientific equipment, technical services and solutions to laboratories, production, and maintenance environments throughout Ireland.
    A family-owned business founded in Dublin in 1780, the company first sold optical equipment under the name ‘Thomas H Mason & Sons’. Over the course of two centuries, it underwent significant changes rebranding to ‘Mason Laboratory Supplies’ in 1977. In 1994 ‘Mason Technology’ came into being reflecting the company’s expansion into markets outside laboratories.
    Today, under the directorship of the eighth generation of the Mason family, Mason Technology is an ambitious and innovative company. While some supplier partnerships, such as Mettler Toledo, Edwards Vacuum, BUCHI, Shimadzu, Eppendorf, and Olympus, have been in place for decades, others, such as Don Whitley Scientific and Buchiglas, are in their infancy as the company adapts the portfolio to meet changing customer and industry needs.
    With a scientific background and a specific focus area, the sales teams are specialists in their field giving them a distinct advantage when designing scientific solutions for clients.

The technical services offered include pre-sales consultation and product selection guidance, specialist transport and delivery, installation and validation of new equipment and software method development followed by tailored preventative maintenance, warranty management, breakdown, and calibration service agreements. A dedicated team provide a range of software support services from design specification to professional installation to ongoing maintenance assisting clients in their compliance with software Data Integrity requirements for cGLP and cGMP environments.
    With the largest team of service engineers in the country, the work is undertaken at the client’s site or from the company’s dedicated Service Centre. Highly experienced and technically qualified, the service team benefit from ongoing manufacturer training in the brands they service.
