Hello , Sapnanil never told to invest money in him or in any app and would provide money in return. He studied, struggled in the market for 5-6 years like any of us and now has a fame over here in Assam. He is innocent. Police are accusing him of giving ce pe signals in telegram whereas he don't have any telegram channel. The telegram channel namely TFAL is not his instead is run by others in his name. Yes he taught us about the stock market which was 1/2 month paid course but he never provided any signals. I am his student of 11th batch TFAL. And i think to teach others about the stock market one doesn't need to be SEBI registered.

I think you are provided wrong information about Swapnanil Das.He is a profitable trader,his p&l was even verified by Vivek Bajajji also.He has opened a prop desk recently as much much I know.If trainer traders are to be arrested,almost all good traders would be behind bars.I think traning for educational purpose is also allowed by SEBI.

Yes he is a scammer but Sapnanil Das is also providing information like u about financial market in Assam. He is not a scammer. He never collect any money from any body. Sapnanil didn't Handel anybody's funds, yes he use to teach people about financial markets, that doesn't mean he is responsible of someone's loss in the market. Seen the interview of the person who made the complain against swapnanil das, he never took any money for ineting or offering PMS, rather swapnanil das was providing tips in his paid telegram channel, which is also not legal but scenario is different. Swapnanil Das is probably a profitable trader, but his students were not. But again for providing training no registration required. No Blackstone involved here
