Yes, good discussion and good suggestions from JD లక్ష్మినారాయణ గారు. The parties won't implement police reforms but citizens themselves should start demanding the police reforms to be implemented. We need to start with Prakash Singh's judgement reforms. We need immediately an SSC and then SPCA and PEB. MH govt started implementing but failed in making the reforms successful. Thus, we need an improved version. Also I wonder who the LOP is in the AP Assembly now? Should we call YCP an opposition? If so then Jagan will surely be an LOP. Thanks.
