Reforger is a standalone game so the servers will be different from the others. I still like to jump around between arma 3 and reforger because 3 has had a lot of time to diversify the types of RP servers, but reforger is getting there (as of writing this reply it's also on sale!)
Yup! It's called Fallout 2280! There's a public server and a private server (requires being whitelisted). The public server is more about combat, and the private server is more RP :)
