I'm 34 and you look the same age as me. People say I look like I'm in my 20s, but most people I know in their 30s look around the same age as me. If you don't smoke and don't drink much, stay hydrated, exercise, take vitamins, don't eat junk food frequently, it's not hard to keep a young appearance.
I agree. I drink a lot of water, quit smoking 16 years ago, and have been in recovery for drinking 9 years. I'm 41 as of this summer. Usually tell people to add 8 years to whatever age they think I am. Then drop the fun fact I'm also a grandma 😂🥰

The explanation is actually very simple she does have great genetics she has great skincare and healthcare and mainly she isn't even that old if u take care u can look 18 or atleast 22 for upto 15 years later too U start aging more once u cross 40 but until then u can maintain a very youthful look ❤️👍🏻

I didn't want to sound negative but I agree...I just don't see that her face looks under 30. I think it's just like she said...her petite body and her style looks like a teenager but her face does look like she's in her 30s.
For me you actually look 34. I would never question it. It shows from the look in your eyes, voice, the way you talk and your attitude. It's called maturity. Maybe I failed to express my opinion properly🤷♀️ All I meant was that this person in the video looks their proper age and act like their proper age which is an adult (which they should, otherwise they will seem "immature") I wish people would tell me that I look my age (I really do wish this from the bottom of my heart) because it hurts when I'm a 30 year old adult and some random stranger thinks that I'm a kid and asks for my age to check, or when people just assume that I'm still a student, this is not something good. I looked like a kid until I was 37, I think I look way more my age now (38) but everyone keeps saying I look 25 which is young. I think what keeps me young is that I am present and cherish every single moment even with the hard times. Yes I take really good care of my skin from head to toe and have a somewhat healthy diet but no obsession with it. Lately trying to enjoy my softer, less active body. The part about washing hair. It depends on the individual. There are people who actually need to wash their hair everyday where as for some its takes 3-4 days and then for people like us it can take 6 days to 2 weeks to then wash our hair.

I’m 29 years old and I also look and feel younger than that. One time a cashier didn’t believe me I was over 18 years old even though I showed him my ID😂 I think it’s cool that you also look younger! I feel the same people are shocked when I tell them I'm 25. Honestly I forget I'm 25 too and I sometimes have to think how old I am ahahah. I feel like I'm still 16. I’m 29 years old and I also look and feel younger than that. One time a cashier didn’t believe me I was over 18 years old even though I showed him my ID😂 I think it’s cool that you also look younger! I sometimes feel weird because I look and feel younger than I am. So it’s good to know that there are other people out there who feel the same 😊

I am 33 almost 34 (where did the last two years of my life go 😭) and I dress and envision myself as being 23, I do not feel like an adult. It's a very strange feeling to have this realization, tbh what brought me here. I just like what I like and really haven't changed too much since mid 00s, but now aspects of my "style" has regained popularity again and I feel uncomfortable being myself. It sucks actually.

I feel the same people are shocked when I tell them I'm 25. Honestly I forget I'm 25 too and I sometimes have to think how old I am ahahah. I feel like I'm still 16. You said you don't feel like a boss woman but you literally are a boss woman making videos online and living your best life 😊 and are confident. As a boss woman I personally don't think you have to be reaching crazy goals and trying to be better than everyone else.
