Next time you cook off you should use kewpie mayo. It’s a Japanese mayo that you can probably find at the grocery store. It is so good. It will probably give you the edge. You could even combine two parts kewpie one part sriracha sauce to make spicy mayo

i love watching these videos because my family sadly missed crawfish season and we couldn't make spicy crawfish without our other family members! so this is better than just being sad on not being able to make stuff
I live in Louisiana and we use a sauce and it is really good if you would like to try it the ingredients are ketchup, manias, Tony’s, salt and pepper, little bit of lemon juice and shredded onions.

In spring and early summer, I was catching big ones in the 16-17" range, but late summer and fall seemed to only produce smaller trout like the ones you caught in this video. There's an amazing spot on the Boise that I'm surprised you haven't done a video at yet. It is beautiful, rugged, not stocked, only wild trout. I don't want to give it away but if I ever see you around I will ask you if you have fished there.
