such passionate and at the same time clear interpretation, with all the voices clearly articulated. Best interpretation I have heard so far, and thanks for making us discover Sofronitsky (first time I hear of him)

Grandioso y sutil. Solemne y apasionado.

Sofronitsky plays Scriabin’s music with so much love and tenderness… I am going to put on a Scriabin Music Festival online in Nov 2022 to honour their memory…

I just wrote another poem inspired by Scriabin’s Poem of Ecstasy this morning. I’ll publish a book of poetry with all my poems inspired by him…

I am merely a piano performance major and I have spent no time in the world of professional performance, but in my most humble of opinions, I think Sofrinitsky is the greatest pianist if all time.

He was married to a Scriabin daughter. As to pianists, there are some others too ...🎶

His pianism has the goal to no more playing the piano. But something else. It's something supernatural. And, in this way, yes, you are right.

This is a landmark in the history of piano .
If you like Scriabin or not , if you like Sofronitzky or not , doesn't matter .
The only important and unique thing is that it is not POSSIBLE to play this BETTER .
And this is not a stylistic or personal point of view .
It is a tempestuous fact .
2:16 for example ... boiling music , legendary moment , an absolute , not to be described ... for this you can forget 95% of all your vinyles ...
and 3:20 ..... GODAMM !! This luminous exploding frustration ..... atomic moment at 3:42
and 17:08 .... did you EVER hear something like this before ... ? No .

Haha ..... the most stupid answer I've ever had ..... hahaha ...... who are you , impostor ?
"Calming down my ecstasy" ????? Why should I ?????
Because Skrjabin composed WITHOUT ecstasy , perhaps ?? Or Sofronitsky played the piano ALSO without any ecstasy ??
Go away from here , you silly clown ..... you must have clicked on the wrong chapter on You Tube ....
You wanted Willy Moskowsky conducting Franz Lehar .... ? Or the complete works of Muzio Clementi ?
Goodbye .... and now fuck off .
