I’m feeling this episode hard right now. I just finished re-shelling my E30 after I re-enacted dukes of hazzard and jumped my car. Swapping all my coliovers and re welding my strut that I bent . Came across seized bolts on the doner car, and the new “bolt on” sway bar didn’t clear the trans and all sorts of other BS. 3 hour job turned into three days and was ready to sell both cars and take up a new hobby😂 finally got it done and got a thumbs up from a dude in a 2022 M3. Sometimes you gotta just keep pushing. Stoked you guys got it going. 🎉🎉🎉🎉easy Breezy!!!

I gotta admit that both adam & toms cars at the same time & bothe of them having to rush rebuild a car by a certain time is wild but shockingly they're both making it happen extremely well thats 100% motivationl for other but also teaches others you help your people when they need help & theyll help you when you need it & noone be negative about whats going on is perfect 💯💪

With the holey rear panel you should have got a block of copper and put that behind it and then welded through on the outside and it will flow fresh steel and fill all the holes with weld... Or you could do the same with lead/solder

If you've never had a chance to use panel bond personally, it's mean stuff! I've seen sheet metal panels literally tear before the panel bond will separate. It's impressive stuff.
Cut a regular Bondo spreader into 3 smaller pcs and use them to smooth out the panel-bond next time, you can create a nice flat surface with minimal sanding & grinding. *That Chase-Base master brake setup looks like it would go right into my 63 Mer Benz 220sb. I've been looking for something to replace the fooked OG ATi setup with and that looks promising. Nice work guys!

Manual brakes need proper bore size and pedal geometry also. I'm glad he mentioned that unplugging your booster is not manual brakes.

for the sprayer; put one in the trunk and run sprayers to the rear tires to keep them tire temps down (this is for low power, budget tire drifting)
