In order for a battle rapper to win in this UFF format, battle rappers need to come with 9rds of pure bars. They can tailor their bars to any specific battler, because they don't know who they will be battling next and don't have time to write/memorize specific bars. This is what T-Top did and why he won. He slid in some freestyles here and there, but the majority of his bars (just from listening) sounding like he could've spit them to anyone who stood in front of him.
You can tell Brizz's 3rd was a verse written for a track. He kept it together all three rounds even though he seemed to slip in and out of his battle writtens. Dope battle for both sides.
