Pls did you have to write any English proficiency course as part of the PSW program requirement? Like Ielts or any of the English test? Do you write this test in the country after your admission and what’s the band score needed? Or do you write it, then come with the certificate before gaining the admission into Durham college? Pls is it much of a big deal or a compulsory thing to have the certificate?
No, I did not have to write any English exam. English is my primary language I only submitted my academic transcripts and my degree when I did my application. Also I did not have to take an English course when I came to Canada. I only have to take an English exam like IELTS or so when I'm submitting my profile for PR. I hope this helps.
Hi dear they have the requirements on their website @durhamcollege.ca. They gave me my acceptance the same day and for most people I know they've received theirs pretty soon after submission too.

I don't know if it will continue and the money apparently was from the Ontario ministry of LTC not really Durham College

No dear but they now have programs where they pay the tuitions etc but thats for citizens or PR holders not international students.
