    Why is no one talking about the fact that the judge's chambers are kept locked and the judge is the only one with a key. This is important because it shows that the deputy who was sextorting was let into the judges chambers by the judge. The judge was involved and we here in Whitesburg know that the sheriff's daughter was being mentored by the judge because she wanted to go to Harvard law school. We also know that the judge was threatening her and telling her that if she didn't have sex with him he would make sure she never got into any law school. We also know that the judge was trying to set the sheriff up to be the fall guy in the sextortion case.

    It’s sad to me to see the picture of Mickey in his uniform… I am the photographer who took that photo….I took family photos for him and his family that day as well and at the time i was so proud to get to do these photos for Mr Stines and his wife and daughter. These were taken when he was running for sheriff back in 2018 I believe and was displayed on his campaign posters and social media as well as on local news. Never in a million years would I see this photo on national news Mickey now as a murderer, breaks my heart and makes me sad. Mickey and his family are close neighbors of mine and life long dear friends and this tragedy has shocked our little neighbored, town and county as well as the world because this story is now nation wide possibly world wide. The Mickey I see at his hearing videos isn’t the same Mickey I know as a dear friend whose I grew up with since childhood and the neighbor who’s quick to help others out like he and his family did when we made national news for the first time because of our little area getting flooded back in 2022, that Mickey I see now isn’t there…he looks unwell and month back before the shootings happened many of us noticed a change in him then…..the old Mickey was well loved and thought of in the town we live in and that’s the same place where Mickey and his family lives/lived……but back in the flood of 2022 our 2 small bridges which are the only ways out of this little neighborhood got washed out causing us all to be trapped here but thanks to Mickey and other neighbors they built a make shift bridge to get us out so we could get food and help could come in to bring things we needed at that time. The Mickey I knew was an amazing father and devoted husband just like the judge Kevin Mullins was and I knew his family as well but not as well as I do Mickey and his family and it’s blown my mind with wonder of what could of went wrong….i know this awful thing happening does not have anything to do with the judge and the sheriffs daughter because I was told those facts by family to mickeys wife because that was cleared first and foremost…..I wonder if Mickey was doing things like his deputy was in trouble over as well as what they are saying the judge has done….i feel this tragedy happened over blackmail and something was told to mickeys wife that caused them to be upset and leave which is why he said they were trying to kidnap my wife and daughter…..i don’t feel he truly meant someone was trying to kidnap his wife and daughter, we don’t live in a area where people do kidnappings…..I feel maybe the judge may of told something maybe that wasn’t true to get Mickey to not tell what he may of known on the judge and again senseless blackmail that went wrong….no matter what it was a life was taken and this sad tragedy didn’t have to happen. I pray the truth will come out and Mickey will respect his friends and family and the world enough to tell the actual truth as to why he did what he did and I feel in my heart the Mickey I know well who once served and protected his friends and neighbors will have enough respect for us, the world and the family of the judge and his own family to tell the truth. Sorry for the long comment but I’m still in shock and the not knowing is driving us all mad.

    One viable hypothesis, in my opinion, is that the sheriff's wife got so mad at him the night before the shooting, that she disclosed something to him which was previously known only to the judge, and that is what tipped off the sheriff that they had been communicating. Perhaps the judge told the wife that the sheriff had been engaging in illicit sex. The wife would not have known that the judge was also, but the sheriff knew (speculation). So then if the sheriff knew that an extortionist judge, with sex motives, was getting close to his wife and daughter, and possibly was setting the sheriff up to be the target of the civil lawsuit, then the sheriff would be emotionally experiencing devastating betrayal from his friend, loss of his child, and the end of long marriage, and the ruination of his career in law enforcement.

    • @glamdolly30
      @glamdolly30 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Now that is a distinct possibility. I don't believe the victim in this case was so innocent, but nor do I believe the Sheriff was squeaky clean. May have been a lot of mutual finger pointing going on, which culminated in murder.
      Sheriff's big mistake was doing it on camera - had he ambushed the judge after dark outside his home, he may have got away with it. The list of suspects would be long!

    Simple - The judge set up the Sheriff as the fall guy in the lawsuit. Hence taking his family from him

    • @seattle1185
      @seattle1185 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The Sheriff was not personally named in the civil suit but in his capacity as County Sheriff. This is typical, part of the job where he's just the point guy to tap the real pocket the victim is after for a cash grab and that's the the County and its Insurance Policy. Also, Sheriff long ago announced before the civil suit filed that he was not seeking a third term as Sheriff.

      It’s sickening to hear that the Sheriff had been extorting women in the same way when he used to be the bailiff. So he’s not the white knight killing off the evil judge, not when he had been doing the same, just to other women.
      Sounds like a lot of powerful men in that town need to be looked at.

    Killer and victim, judge and sheriff, were both up to their eyes in the sex scandal IMO. No one will emerge from this case with honour IMO.
    That place is corrupt as all hell. For that reason, Sheriff Stines' murder trial should be heard in a totally different and unconnected jurisdiction.
    Great show by Court TV, but this story is always frustrating, while that central puzzle piece is missing. I sure hope we don't have to wait til the murder trial, to hear the defence story!

    ❓❓❓❓
    How can “Sabrina’s” attorney say that he thinks the camera was installed AFTER his filing in representation of “Sabrina’s” case❓❓❓
    We just heard HER say she saw videos of Ben AND Judge Mullins assaulting women! Therefore, it only stands to reason that the cameras were there.❓❓❓

    • @seattle1185
      @seattle1185 หลายเดือนก่อน

      At one point Sabrina also said the girl having sex was Chad's girlfriend and Chad took the video of her having sex-- she's an addict with zero credibility making allegations against the Judge! Sabrina's truth was only about what happened to her by pig bailiff Fields which was proven, and Fields plead guilty to. Mullins was never indicted, charged, prosecuted per Sabrina's allegations.
