The stories and examples she tells, and then the way she analyzes the responses of the institutions is so exact to my experience in graduate school. I was pushed out, but completed my degree in the next year in what was essentially secrecy to avoid further harassment from the department. I pursued a masters to possibly teach, but I am repulsed by academia and will never go there, and I do not work in the field I studied in, because abusers in institutions promote others like them and my peers are all out there replicating the same shitty toxic behavior they were rewarded for in school. My absence from the field is a result of the experiences and what is being bred in these academic spaces. They are toxic and we need to stop going into student debt only to be intellectually demeaned and sabotaged.

This is really, really good phenomenology. Thank you!

It is a very good and very detailed explanation of the mechanisms involved that affect a complaint. Please allow me a slightly simpler suggestion to solve problems systematically by all involved people. - Let's improve All our Administrative Systems:
Internally, bosses must also become responsible to the grassroots, especially in groups with delegated powers (police, parties, governments, courts, media, banks, infrastructure, health system, universities ... even church and military). We know good, bad and ugly people in the direct (professional) environment.
In order to support socially committed people and degrade charlatans, we need TRIPLE ASSESSMENTS by superiors, colleagues and subordinates that are effective for promotion up and down - regularly, everywhere!

Loaded questions are a trait of those with low IQ that buy into SJW bullshit.

@@trstenik100 Yet your intellect is so fragile that your IQ drops when you are presented with ideas you oppose.
