We recently launched a company that focuses on creating evidence-based exercise classes that are specially designed to reduce hand pain, and increase hand mobility. We now also have classes for other body parts, like feet, neck, and even overall balance.
These hand exercises stretch and strengthen your wrist, thumb, and fingers. Follow along this complete workout. Hand Yoga combines deep breathing with proven hand exercises.
Hand Yoga is great for hands with arthritis, trigger finger, carpal tunnel, Parkinson's Disease, or tendonitis. These exercises are easy to do, and will stretch and strengthen your hands, leaving your hands feeling great.

THE EXERCISES
Warm-up: It's important to warm up your hands to reduce chance of injury and discomfort, and to make the exercises even more effective.
Motorcycle: a great wrist stretch
Thumb Wave: stretch your thumb
Jazzy Hands: whole hand & tendon stretch
Sticky Fingers: a great exercise to improve range of motion, strength, and hand-eye coordination.
Climbing Hands: the best exercise ever! This is a fantastic stretch for your fingers and thumb
Cool down: Let's cool down our hands, and really feel our hands. This can include opening & closing our hands quickly. It can also include giving ourselves a nice hand massage!
