Quick question. If you set eternal favorite set down and pass turn to oponent. Then the oponent starts a chain, you chain the trap.. Can you use the effect to revive 1 yubel in the same chain, cause I had a player arguing that I cant flip the trap and use its effect in the same chain
Yeah you can use the eff to revive when you flip it. The opponent might be getting confused with the Eternal Favourite ruling where you can't use the Fusion Effect when you flip it face up. This is because you have to send Eternal Favourite from face up on the field to the grave as part of the cost, so when it's flipped, it's not yet face up to pay the cost so you can't use the fusion summon effect until the chain resolves, only the Summon Eff if you choose.
Yea op was wrong, he confused the fact that a continuous trap had the option to not activate its eff and just be activate in general. Traps are spell speed two and can be activated/ chained at any time unless specified otherwise like m1,bp, etc
Can you use both eternal favorites effects per turn? From the way its written and how I understand it is you can only use 1 effect of eternal favorite per copy. Like if you have 2 you can use 1 for revive and second for superpoly. They ways eternal favorite is worded confuses me a bit
Game 3 where the chimera player tried to negate the loving defender, it wouldn’t matter since its effect is not once per turn and the chimera fusion can attack multiple times
The effect of yubel it was trying to negate is after damage step, so it isnt in damage calc. Plus its not cheating unless you are deliberately trying to do so, its misplays
@@zephyrwargamesyugioh yubel fusion burn effect is still part of the damage step so only the activation can be negated. Since sword knight negates only effect, it can't be used.
you can’t use chimera fusion to bring out Albion, chimera needs to use a beast/fiend.. he used an illusion and a dragon monster.
Hey! Great match! I love the chimera branded build. Can’t wait for the new support!
There’s new chimera support? What set is it coming in?

Where did you get the yubel sleeves ?
Ocg import, currently sold out

I dont see why you wouldnt be able to flip and activate its effect, that seems like the whole point of a trap card right?

Yeah so if you have 2 copies you can use both effects but you can't use the same eff twice.
If you have 1 copy you can only activate 1 effect

Yeah I think that was ultimately the outcome
Used eternal favorite 2 times. :(
must have both on field.
Talents can only be active if the opponent actives a monster effect in main phase
That's tactics,
Thrust can be activated in any phase
You said talents in the video just a heads up on that lol
My bad, mispoke, on replay hopefully the image is clearer for tactics, than talents

Sword knight can't be used in damage calc. But thats hardly the smallest cheat in this game.. So many illegal plays on both sides
