    Can somebody help, please, what is meant by "larger coverage is achieved by moving the objective closer to the detector (minute 1.53)? Many thanx in advance

      The video mentions the object position (vs an objective, which is a type of optic element used in photography lenses). XRM is based on a projection method. This means that the beam starts as a very small spot in the source then grows to a very large size at the detector. Placing the object near the detector will result in a larger area of illumination.
