  • This week on Backcountry Brothers, Josh heads to the San Isabel National Forest, where he takes on the difficult challenge of climbing three fourteeners in one day! San Isabel National Forest is home to 19 of Colorado's 53 fourteeners, including the Missouri, Oxford, and Belford mountains. With a length of about 16.5 miles and with over 7,000 feet of elevation gain, the trip up the three peaks is no easy task.
Fueled by the sunrise's glow over the alpine wilderness, Josh makes his way up the boulder-ridden slopes and is rewarded with stunning views of Colorado's high country and the expansive valleys below. Despite the challenging push to the summits, a three fourteener day is always an A+ in our book!
Our goal is to inspire you to go on that hike, to be the best version of yourself, & to not be afraid to take that leap. We are the Backcountry Brothers, and we are united on the trail.
