I interviewed Mr. Capone-e in 2000 at a radio show I had here in Chicago. He was very down to earth. I went to see him at the low rider show, we hit up some local swap meats and I recall some Latin Kings who ran up to him and his homie he was with. What is “acting Mexican?” Only real Mexicans are the Indians. The rest of us are mixed mostly with European aka “white.” My dna came back 93% spanish, and only 3.5% Native American, and I’m Mexican. Saying “acting mexican” is a thing is just stupid. We’re a diverse people. I’m 93% European but my dads from Mexico. To say we have to act a certain way is just stupid.
