- In this video vitrified tile fitting or installation has been shown practically, first the base to fit the tiles is made by using cement sand mortar, usually 2 bags of cement is needed for 10X10 feet room and sand quantity depends upon the ground surface, next cement slurry is made ready to fix the tiles, next the cement slurry is poured on the cement sand mortar base and scratches are made to have proper bonding between base and tiles.

No spacer has been kept
Wrong installation of tiles. There should be space between tiles because tiles expand and contract due to temperature and moisture that causes breakage of the tiles if there is no space between the tiles.

If there possiblity for expand or contract tiles is not branded or your bade which is called machan is not proper

Why can't I see spacers or tiles levelers, moreover pouring slaary method is not advisable bro...have to change this because u get sound after laying the entire tiles.... Packing will be improper.
Please no sound. If there is sound then the tiler is not professional in this technique. It is the mistake of the tiler, not the technique. Togo, Benin, Nigeria also apply this technique and their laid tiles are forever, no removal, no sound.

Yes it can be covered by pasting tiles over kota using adhesives

All activities that requires cement should be done before painting, because if you do any activity after painting cement strains will affect the appearance and also required repeated painting work.
So tiles should be fixed before painting and also lay provide Wooden powder or polythin sheets on tiles before painting so that paint do not stick on it.

There were no spacers installed between tiles. If you don't put space between tiles, they will start butting each other and eventually pull out. Not a good way to install tiles. IMO.
These are old technique. They are not using pressure pins for symmetry
sometimes pins leaves space and someppl dont like space between tiles. Pressure pins is mostly used where we want to set tiles outside house
Good for me. Before I suffered a lot of tiles removal but when a Chinese adviced me this method and I got a Togolese Tiler who is Proffessional in this method, all my tiles are strong now. Some of the tiles are over 20 years old now. I always let that Togolese tiler apply this method for all my projects.
People's intimidations about this method are not true. Old method but forever durable and economical.

Both u can used OPC or ppc no matter
Ordinary Portland cement and pozzolona Portland cement is only difference is bulking of sand ( heating of cement) and setting time nthng else

Is it really beneficial to use tiles adhesive for laying floor tiles 2*4 size vitrified tiles on old slab(earlier it was marble- removed all completely) ?? If yes which is best adhesive to use??

It depends upon your way of work and conditions

Main hall because you need to have the height for the bathroom according to tge exterior tile height(usually where i live it's -0.5 cm)

No scientific methodology in this demonstration, no proper tools while doing, why scratchings/hatching done after pouring cement water before laying tile.
