Don't know if anyone else would find this useful, but I was struggling with the second combo since I am new to the game so I replaced the jump-kick with his forward 3 and it works the same except you don't have to dash. It actually does more damage than what the suggested combo does by a tiny bit.
You’re the best. I’m 37 yrs old and I remember playing mk1-3 in arcade and combos weren’t a thing. You make it easy for me to learn to defeat the towers of time. Again thank you and I hope you see this

abour 2 years late but wanted to practice new characters before the new mk. if you come across this and are struggling to do the 3rd combo, super delay "2" on the jump 2 and just take one step forward instead of dashing . much more consistent. can even practice with a delayed jump1 first
For anyone struggling with the first combo its still doable its just a timing issue you are having with the back 221 i wait for it to be around rambos head before doing the rest of the combo and after that the slide should connect for you just takes time to get it down :)

for the snare trap combo you can actually follow with a forward 3 and keep the combo going the same instead of the jump in. its slightly less damage but it keept your forward throw kb alive so it doesnt reset the 10 second timer with the jump in. of course, after you got the kb (or just need a tiny bit more damage to finish the round) its optimal again to go for the jump kick. also if you want to be flashy you can substitute the jump 3/4 with 2 jump 2s, the first one decending and the second one ascending right after, then just finish the combo as usual. great vid as always, keep up the good work! and good luck with your remanining time at school :)

Having trouble with third combo, can't seem to dash quick enough for them to stay up long enough for me to do B221 and when I do get them with F3 my B221 doesn't reach.

Probably won't help but I'll try you have to time when to hit No More POWs since you should be sliding instantly after the combo so it connects I wait around when the other player reaches around Rambo's head to start the other part of the combo and into the slide hope this help :D

Valid questions, at first I did the voice over to make myself very different from other videos and provide a new value. Believe it or not, there is an audience willing to watch it and like the "walkthough" and guidance nature of it. As well as helping those blind members in the FGC, which is something I didnt think about, they learn by hearing and not visuals text. The video naturally got long as I had to talk about some important things. You dont have to watch all of it

combos were a thing even in the first games - pretty much relegated to juggle combos but they are there

@@arcstrider4505 it is nerfed. The slide is supposed to be used a way to pressure on get ups not a combo ender. In the corner it works fine.
