Grounding a radio tower

We could not find information about proper grounding when this radio tower was installed in 1976. Out of caution, we added one grounding rod a few years ago and recently found literature that each leg needs its own grounding rod and bond.
Simple project all in all but there are many more items in the ground since this tower was first installed; larger galvanized culvert, drain pipes, conduit for network system etc.
We could not place the perfect locations but adapted enough so energy dispersion should be fine. Some other setups may be quite complicated and you should consult an electrician.
