    To my ears these 3rd Gen Air pods are more comfortable compared to the newer Pro version with the soft gel tips. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxgl8SzyQoymMu-S3V55Dskg5QJ8xr1yCR That said, compared to the 3rd Gen, I notice these do not stay planted in the ear as well. One design issue I think, is you squeeze the stem and click it twice to advance your songs. On 3rd gen you tap the large speaker. The difference is by grabbing the stem each time, you tend to loosen the bud fit in your ear. Not always, but the bud falls out a few times while running. The old tap to change never had that problem for me. I would not have changed that tap function. That said, the newer Pro version sticks in the ear, almost airtight if you want that. I do not like that Airtight fit. So that's why I'd stay with this version as the best trade off of comfort, use, and overall feel.

      I know right when I got these for 25 I expected buds to hold me over but they imo are better than the Powerbeats pro I have and those cost 10 times as much

    I found these too quiet, but a sound booster app helps. I overboosted the sound initially but at a lower setting they're as loud as normal earphones.
    Okay, I'm pleased with them.
    They're the best design of the 3 pairs I've had so far, it actually seems someone's thought about the design and even things like the buttons, and the voice that tells you what's happening!
    My old pair jarred me every time they told me my battery was low 😅

    Great Buds, i am a pro musician so sound quality and ease of use are main qualities i look for in any headset...these are brilliant, and for the price a great deal. I use headsets that are easily 4 times the price and the Jlab are just as good.

    I want to change the EQ by tapping three times, but it’s not consistently sensing when I do so. It often only picks up on two of them and pauses/plays instead of what I want it to do. I think the touch sensitivity is a little low. Great product, but I really wish there were a way to change the EQ in an easier fashion. I would honestly prefer an app. Any support here would be great.
    Also, on the box that the earbuds came in, it says “intergrated charging case.” I have JLAB Go Airs. The spelling error didn’t deter me, but it might some. I hope you integrate my criticism into future models/design improvements ;)

    My right earbud (air executive) stopped working. Customer service was great and I have a new pair arriving in a few days
    Update: earbuds arrived and work great 👍

    I'm a huge fan of Jlab. I have a pair of the epic 2 wireless buds but I wanted to try the "true" wireless so I picked up a pair of these. They're much quieter than the epic 2 earbuds, that's a huge turnoff for me. Other than that they're great.

    Sometimes the earbuds randomly turn the volume on my computer up or down by huge amounts. I found someone mention this on reddit, and a replier said the same thing happened to them, but that they hadn't found a fix for it. Aside from that, I can't find any mention of this problem anywhere else. I know it's not the volume control on the center of the left and right earbuds, because it doesn't happen whenever I'm adjusting them, it just happens randomly. I've turned off the windows setting that allows applications to take control of audio devices, but it still happens. I don't see anything about this in the support guide either.

    After a year of reliable performance, my Go Airs finally un-synced. The left earbud has no sound, but it toggles the eq and launches the assistant. Great earbuds for the price, and it lasted me a year. Any help is appreciated, 'cause the reset doesn't work.

    My earbuds were disconnected from each other and I was getting so frustrated im glad I looked up help I kept seeing that I had to tap them 5-8 times but I didn't know i had to do it while they were in the case.

    Hello I just got this and I love it however how do I turn it off? It has finished charging still in the case and keeps saying " hello, battery full ready to pair" Please is there any way to turn it off when It is not in use? Will really appreciate it.

      The earbuds will automatically turn off when returned to the case. If the case does not have a charge, then it's not able to turn them off. You can charge the case or manually turn off each earbud by disconnecting them from Bluetooth (and they will auto shut off in 3 minutes). :) -Haley

    Got them had them for about a month now maybe a little longer my left earbud won't power on at all the charging case doesn't even light up when I put it in I really liked these but now they don't work

      Thinking about getting these but seen a lot of people saying that the volume on them is too low, even when turned up.I just thought it was a matter of adjusting the volume on your music device as well...How do you find the volume on them?

      @@arronstone177 Genuinely is low mate and when fully charged you'll be lucky to get 2 full hours out of them. The audio quality becomes affected the closer it comes to charging like if you played a video at half speed with the slow voices.

    This earbuds are top notch ! They are the best for a reasonable price !!! I truly recommend this product and I wish nothing but the best to this brand/company ! Nothing to envy beats by Dre that are $200 while you can get this jlabs for $29.00 and they are even cheaper online !!! Awesome product !!!! And the bass !! Yooooooooooooooo

    First off. When I received these earbuds they didn't have any other tips in the box. Only the tips that were already on the buds. Also I have owned many other types of bud. And I found these to be the most complicated as far as tapping the buds to get different results. And they are super touch sensitive. On top of all this the sound quality isn't the best. I found Dr.Dre's Beats to be a lot richer and a beefer bass sound for about to same price. And they aren't as complicated.

      I just bought me a pair off offer up for $15, they're actually pretty decent earbuds with a low hard hitting bass, the ones I bought obviously been used before me and work perfectly fine. Not sure why yours broke but dont knock jlab completely they're pretty quality.

    I can get both to connect via Bluetooth, but only one will be active at a time (only one will play sound at a time) I have tried it on two different handsets. How do you get both to play music at the same time?

    Wish there was a way to turn the buttons off. Everytime I take out the left earbud I accidentally turn the sound down and then I struggle trying to turn it back up with the right bud and wind up skipping videos/songs.

    How do you prevent someone else from connecting to the J Lab Go wireless earbuds?. I heard someone else's music playing on them when I disconnected my earbuds from my phone & put them back in the case, they started playing rap music.☹️

    I was recommended these because there cheap, efficient, and durable *as he three them as hard as he can at the ground and showed me they worked perfectly fine. And this Video will help me when I get them in a bout a week.

    These are great ear buds. I have 2 pair they are awesome. But will you make some more jlab omni headphones I had those 5 years ago and still havent fount any better

    I've had these earbuds for 2 days. The first day was just trying to find the most secure fit. I found that the medium sized tips worked the best. Day 2 and I found that the earbuds cut in and out. I put the earbuds back in the case and I put it back and the cutting wasnt there anymore. I'm a little concerned. Any answers to fix this?
    Update: I was listening to music and the left earbud just stopped playing. Putting back in the case and taking it out helped but that's another issue I found. I also found some echoing while watching youtube. It kind of sounded like the voice was glitching a little bit. It's only been the 3rd day with them and I'm starting to be underwhelmed
    Update #2: Small issues starting to come in now. I put both buds in and it seemed like the right side was louder than the the left. I put the left bud back in the case and took it out and now it sounds more balanced. Starting to consider returning them

    I really wish you could change the base boost and audio settings on your phone becauze the sensors are shit and just end up skipping songs when im trying to fix them

    I went in the rain with my e scooter to jb hi Fi to get one of these. The right one doesn't work and I mean it doesn't blink white or anything. Now I have to go all the way back to jb hi Fi even when preparing for uni.

    These earbuds are serviceable, they lasted several months. However, they are unusable because the charging case' flexible cable has been damaged and frayed over time, and now no longer works. On top of that, the case and cable get very dirty because there is no lid. My biggest issue with the buds themselves is that there is a warning when the battery is low (about 15 minutes), and while you could blame me, I often ignore it then have them suddenly cut out without warning, and it can sometimes be a pain to reconnect them. Other earbuds of this type have a critical battery warning, and this one should have too, but does not. Also, there's a second option for the earbuds called hands-free. I don't know the point of it, but it sounds awful, make sure you aren't using it. There are also different settings for how you want the audio to sound. I prefer bass boost, because everything sounds the cleanest, not just the bass. I know I complained a lot, but they are worth 30 bucks, I just wanted to bring up the negatives I found.

    Got these as a gift 1 month back and started using it only 2 weeks ago for music , maybe use it 2 hours per day, left ear bud has stopped working , I tried all the methods mentioned to try the left ear bud work , no luck; reconnecting , unpairing and repairing !! No luck !

    I'm about at my wit's end with these things.
    I bought some Skullcandy earbuds (Dime XLT) from Walmart, but took them back, thinking there was something wrong with them. I then bought these. My TV doesn't have Bluetooth, so I bought an audio transmitter. I haven't had any problems at all with the airing on either set of earbuds. In one video, it says to plug the other end of the cord from the USB transmitter to an AUX socket...but in another video, the plug was placed in the headphone jack. Since I don't have Aux on my TV, I went with the headphone jack.
    Putting it bluntly, they're doing NOTHING, no matter how many taps or hold-downs I give either side! I've followed the instructions over and over and can't get any sound in either earpiece (however, there's been a few occasions when I've heard an electronic BEEP from the right side).
    I bought these for a reason and have used wired headphones up to now. I still have no idea how to establish a connection with my phone either.
    If anybody can help me out, I'd appreciate it.

      Hi there, these weren't designed to work with a bluetooth transmitter so that might be causing your issues. In your phone/device you can connect by putting GO Air in pairing mode and establishing a connection in your device settings.

Also, does the volume on the TV have to be turned up? And how do I go about watching tv with the sound not disturbing anyone? How do I pair them with an Android phone?     I got a replacement left earbud and I can't get then to connect to each other. How do I do that?

      Hi there, please try troubleshooting to pair both earbuds together.
      1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case
      2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device, and turn Bluetooth off
      3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 7x quickly, one at a time
      4. Choose which bud you want as your dominant, and remove that bud alone. After a few seconds, you should see blue/white flashing lights.
      5. remove the remaining bud from the case, wait until you see a solid white light.
      6. Turn Bluetooth on, and pair them to your device. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. 😊- Haley

    I need help. I just got these earbuds as a gift today. I have went through all the guides for these. My left earbud wont turn on what so ever. I have even tried the "tap 7x to reconnect earbuds" but the left earbud only shows a blue LED when charging. When taken out it doesn't light up or turn on.

    I’ve never been able to get the left earbud to work. Accidentally threw away the insert from the package and been stuck with them. Still, months later, the left earbud doesn’t work regardless of what I do. I’d have returned them long ago if I could have.
