Can we use the part of the iPhone charger
You are exactly 💯 right!
Yea thank you for that!! I didn't have a clue either, really appreciate it!!
You are awesome.
Thank you so much. I had no idea that to charge it all I had to do was plug it into a USB lol
It is an odd looking plug 🔌
When my battery pack is fully charged, the right earbud will flash blue like its charging but it's been on low batter for 4 days now, and I don't know what to do. Is there a solution for that?
One possible solution is to take that earbud out of the case and tap it eight times. This is supposed to be a reset instruction. Let me know if this works for you.
Can the earbuds charge while the case is charging?
Nope
Thanks this helped me a lot I was not sure how to charge my case 😂 but thanks this helps me a lot
Thanks for saying that!
@@PittsburghPat it helped a lot because I just bought a new pair and I had no clue how to charge the case so it helps me a lot
How long it takes to fully charge? Tq
2 hrs case, 90 min buds
i have a chrome book does it work the same i can’t find a usb port
You might try using a phone charger as shown in this video. th-cam.com/video/gSmiEf7M0bQ/w-d-xo.html
Can it work with a 5.0V and 1.2amp
Is the charging case compatible with the jlab jbud air true wireless signature series.. the one priced at 50$ I've lost mine somewhere xD
I do not know. What is the difference between the go air and the signature series?
What if computer is on but it’s still blinking blue (stand by mode) how do I get it to work?
Blinking blue is good 👍
Great video!!!! Exactly what I needed!!
Enjoy your earbuds! Do you like them?
Mine USB case cabel doesn't charge... do you know how can i fix this?
Is there a way to charge them without a laptop computer?
Sure. th-cam.com/video/gSmiEf7M0bQ/w-d-xo.html
Your video helped me, thank you so nuch
I'm glad. Thanks for your kind words.
Helped so much, many thanks!
You're welcome!
thanks so much i had be trying to charge them for like 1 month
i also liked for such a big help
you rock!
Any time! Thank you for your kindness
JLab Audio should be sponsoring you for making your own instructions easier to follow than the ones that they included!!😂
that would be awesome. how do i get jlab on board? lol
Hey mate! I hope you are doing well. Are you still using these earbuds? I just bought them today and they seem great. However, I was wondering if I can let the earbuds charge within the case whilst the case is charging? (Can I place the earbuds in the case when the case is plugged into my laptop - charging. Or will the earbuds not charge and only the case will?) Thanks in advance!
Yes, you can. That is actually the way I usually charge mine. Earbuds in case, case plugged in. All is well. Thanks for asking. How are you?
@@PittsburghPat Ahh okay. Thanks for letting me know! I'm great, thanks for asking! Also, congrats on 2.4k, it's well deserved! I was also wondering so when the case is fully charged, How long until I next have to replug it? So the earbuds last around 5 hours after full charge, then when they run out do I simply place them in the case and they will charge like that? Does it take around 1hr 30mins to fully charge again aswell? Main question is just how long the case lasts until i have to recharge that.
@@neel5544 The specs say the case is good for 18+ hours. So 6 full charges of the earbuds. The case charges in about 1 hours.
@@PittsburghPat Ah okay, do the earbuds take 3 hours to get to full charge ?
@@neel5544 No, I'd say less in my experience.
Mine when 2/5min of charging the light turns green but when i go to use it, its says low battery. Pls help 🙏
my suggestion is once the case is charged, unplug the case, but leave the earbuds in. That's when the earbuds charge. The buds charge from the battery in the case, not the usb. At least, that is my understanding
You are a life saver
aw shucks
Do they stay charging al the time when u put them in. Also my ear buds are always lite up when there in there
Yes. The case holds a charge. That's why the case lights up when the ear buds are replaced. The case is returning the buds to full charge.
Thanks mate only just got these and got confused.
You can’t turn them off .
People say holding it down for 5plus seconds turns them off but it don’t
@@scottyboi2012uk always on standby?
@@PittsburghPat dunno when I’m finished with them I would like to just turn them off and not have to put them in the case every time. As I’m not always gonna have the case with me.
@@scottyboi2012uk If they're not paired via Bluetooth, the charge should hold.
I've never seen a USB adapter like the one on this case. Does it just plug in to a regular USB port?
Sure does
Yes.
I have a question the light does not blink or turn on what do i need to do to fix this problem?
Have you already charged the ear buds?
Yeah
@@drakewatson. so, when you take the ear buds put of the case, do the lights on the ear buds come on.
Thank you so much for this. It helped immensely. ✌️❤️🌞🙏💯
Awesome. That was my intent. Thank you fornyour feedback
this definitely helped me! thank you!
Glad it helped!
Bros saving lives two years later
You rock 🎸 thanks for inspiring me
When I set my earbuds into the case it does not appear any light and it is the same thing when I try to charge them none light appear in the case :((
Am I doing something wrong?
The earbuds are in the correct place
I doubt you are doing anything wrong. Can you see the unlit lights? Perhaps your case is malfunctioning.
I can see it
Actually I have 2 of them and both are the same, they don't charge
I tought it was because you have to wait until the earbuds have low battery and then they will charge but they still wont charge :'(
I'm gonna try charge them with a computer
@@maxi83gamer90 let me know if it works.!
@@PittsburghPat
Yeah it actually works!
Thank you for your help by the way
Can you tell me exactly what I need to recharge them with because the cable port I've never seen before and im trying to figure out on what to use to recharge the whole thing
