Maine bhi 5 din pahle hi liya hai s23. Mera poora din outdoor use rehta hai air calls bhi bhot karne padte hai. Outdoor use aur calls ke saath mujhe 4h+ SOT mil raha hai. Usage patterns learn karne ke baad aur bhi backup badhega.

Using this device for 6 days and yeah the battery is draining very quickly even if I don't use it much! It's like 150ish % for 7 to 7.5 hrs of sot.... but the phone facckkk its just awesomeeee!!! Now I will wait for the optimization!
battery cost is 2000rupees in samsung official website. May be after 3-4 years we can change battery only, instead of keeping at 80% always. Why to suffer ?

I know most people know about adaptive brightness, but some people turn it off without thinking about battery life but it saves lot of battery
10:00 if you want to extend maximum battery protection by 10% more, create a bixby mode and routine.
If: charging + battery 90% and above
Then: turn on max battery protection
This will stop charging above 90%, so you are just cheating the device software with 10% more charge.
Might be helpful to a few, others may roast me, but I used me s20 plus for 4+ years like this with no battery issues. Now I have S24Ultra and S23 with similar cool bixby routines.

Bixby routines are actually quite helpful, although not many people are aware of them. I can make a separate video about it!
You can do the same for location, when you open maps, swiggy zomato tinder etc, location turns on automatically. When app is closed, location turns off.😊

U have a 4G toggle right in your home screen shortcut, when you want 4G turn it on and when you want 5G turn it off

I set the sms as, in a meeting, will call back.
Save the routine and create a widget.
When I go in a meeting I toggle it on. After meeting, I just turn it off and check my call logs. 😅

Nearby scanning is used to detect and locate device when stolen so don't turn it off if u can't risk

1) Is heating normal in this initial phase? (Like can feel the heat on frame)
2) I received one ui 6.1 after unboxing which means 6.1.1 is still yet come right?
3) Is there any specific setting for camera to get best output?
1. The heating is normal. You feel the heat on the frame because it's made of aluminum, which heats up and cools down quickly.
2. Was the update size 2.8 GB? If not, then 6.1.1 is yet to come.
3. No, default settings are already the best for best camera output

You can turn off Intelligent Optimization or set it to minimum but mai recommend nhi karunga because fir 12mp se achhi photos nhi aayengi
12mp hi use karo normally. Use 50mp only when you want to capture details and then edit them later

Bhai can you please comment on the heating issue. My S23 got delivered day before tomorrow, and it was heating even while setting it up, watching videos, backing up files from my old phone and etc. Yesterday (2nd oct) after the update of UI 6.1 was done I noticed that phone was heating up much lesser. It was a very slight improvement though. But whenever I game even a little bit or open my camera to click photos and videos, the phone starts to heat. You seem to be a genuine reviewer so expecting a reply from you. Baaki to the phone is a beast in terms of smoothness, camera, performance and everything its just the heating issue which concerns me :)

My Samsung notes worth 13gb on my tab S7+ isn't syncing on my new S23, it just says Samsung notes couldn't sync. Ive logged in with the same samsung account on both the devices they both are connected to the same wifi as well.
