These survivors did an excellent job, I hope they see this someday and they understand how important they are to an entire community of strangers that just want the best for them. I wish them both healing and happiness because they deserve it!! ❤

He should’ve NEVER be considered for parole. What he did no amount of classes can fix, to me this is an insult to the victims and is worse than the actual crime. Love, Compassion, Healing and Peace of Mind. 🇧🇸💕

Those classes/programs are highly overrated, even to the extent its only a place to meet up and socialise. Should not have no impact on a parole hearing whatsoever.

This was probably the most heartbreaking hearing I have ever watched! I’ve watched many!
Good job to the board for letting the survivors say EVERYTHING they needed to say!
God bless you both! I pray for your healing and peace!
I hate this monster for you
    This community believes you both!

@elizabethherman5608 Normally, I'd say my pleasure, but there was no pleasure in this case; it ripped my heart out from start to finish. Far too often over the years I've talked w/ those who've been victimized by a [step]parent where CPS has been called & their spouse has chosen to back the POS abuser & chastise their own child to satisfy the 'love of their groin' over the God-given Love of their child; thus ensuring the abuse would continue for years. The damage is magnified in cases like this & it seldom ends well. The torment on the face of his male victim while the woman was speaking DEMONstrates it worst.

Your explanation of how the prosecutors try to use the loophole by only charging for crimes before a substantial sentence was required is amazing it's hard to get my head around it and are they still working or did somebody blow the cover did the press write about it somebody at least

He said he didn’t mean to hurt anyone, what does he frigging thought when he touch those kids, they’ll be having lollipops and gum drop dreams. Did he said he lost things too, how about you’d kept your mitts to yourself. The lost their childhood, safety, trust, sleepinesses. Stay and rot and get reincarnated and then follow step one.😤

This victim is a survivor, for now. Having this level of damage to her consciousness, her spiritual, mental, emotional and physical well bieng is unconscionable. This type of monster will never stop looking for new people to exploit. In their lifetime it can be hundreds or thousands of lives they destroy. Because every person in the lives of his victims, is effected by his choices. Where are his consequences? The 200 year sentence is not enough, he should never have been given the opportunity for parole. Board members, Could you really allow for one child in your life, to deal wih this level of trauma. This person ws not able to learn properly at school, because she couldn't quiet her head enough to concentrate on it, she was trying to wrap her head around what was going on in her life every day. How do I know, because i was abused at a much lower level, and i could not achieve normal average levels at school, though i grew up in a family of genius level achievers. When will the legal system acknowledge these monsters, they work in secret, abuse trust, destroy innocence and use what is left of it against their victims. They demolish the basis all of us use to build our lives upon, the foundation that we all need to be healthy. The destruction of emotional well being also arrests our emotional development, distorts it and wounds us for life. Who could you safely trust after all that? Is there anybody? Who knows what kind of person she was meant to be before he put his filthy hands on her and twisted her mind? She will never get that back, he took it from her before she had a chance to find out who she was meant to be. From another country I can see he never should be let into the public ever again!

It's more likely that the defense attorney looked at a calendar and made the proposal that they only plead guilty to charges before a certain date as part of a global resolution, and the prosecutor agreed. I don't know why they agreed. There are reasons that are arguably legitimate (maybe newer cases had younger and weaker witnesses), reasons that are debatably legitimate (maybe lots of cases to try, only so many man hours in the day), and reasons that are not legitimate (maybe lazy). I don't know what it was. That's the difficult thing with judging the justification for plea bargain sentences. At the time you hear about them, the defendant is ready to, or perhaps already has, pled guilty. So the case looks strong, because, well, he admits it now. But the plea bargains are negotiated before that happened.
