So the audio files are compressed. It’s very hard to make the adjustments unless you understand the transfer process and no one has yet to explain that portion so I would highly not recommend it unless you plan to break the thing.
@@Leafspeon rock ok they are pretty cheap got mine on Amazon but I think other places have them too it doesn’t have a great distance so has to be near the pip boy like even across my kitchen it doesn’t work well. But I can put it in my pocket and it works just fine
I’m still a bit confused, does it just find the frequency instead of putting it in manually. My PipBoy randomly found an FM radiowave and just stuck there. Don’t know if there’s a way to adjust it to look for other frequencies, because the knob doesn’t change the frequency for me.
@@TheMrVerse the knob on the bottom right by the meter that lights up changes frequency give it a little twist it will scan slowly to the next station I don’t believe there’s a way to go through each digit if it doesn’t go to the station you want you can go back and forth and it will land on it with a little fiddling. Have you upgraded your pip boy with the update webpage from wand company I did that first seems to work for me. There was a time the knob didn’t seem to work but I just changed screens and came back or rebooted it and it worked fine after that
@@TheMrVerse specifically I go to the radio page on the pip boy first and then turn it on with the top left knob then I click through each channel to get to the one I want using the bottom right knob
I figured it out, you have to turn the knob all the way to either end till you hear a click. I thought just turning it was the way to change frequencies. Just wasn’t turning it far enough lol
i was thinking of doing this, but didn't know what transmitter to use. good to know this one works pretty well. thank you!
I had the exact same idea, even have the same transmitter, Great minds think alike lmao. Awesome stuff m8!
Yay thank you!!!!!❤❤❤
@@doctor-kq2uc no prob :)

@@civicbynature will

Are you thinking about doing a custom paint job to your pip boy?
@@Maddog448 not at this time plenty happy with how it looks out of the box maybe some day
What's that transmitter? Where'd you get it. Been trying to find a proper Bluetooth one for mine
@@logicalvibes9896 it’s a scoshe sp1 I got mine on Amazon fairly cheap it feels pretty cheap but works okay if you keep it close the the pip boy.
Is it legal to use one ? Won’t the FCC cause problems?? Just curious cause I got one but I don’t know if should use it.
Yes it isn’t taking up a radio frequency for others it’s very short range and works best on channels where there isn’t already a broadcast
@ ok thanks
