INGREDIENTS
1.5 cup milk
water 1/2cup
fennel seeds 1.5tbsp
nutmeg 1 small piece
cloves 2
black pepper corn 8-9
green cardamom 8-10

मैं एक समाजसेवी डॉक्टर हूं सिरसा शहर हरियाणा में रहता हूं चाय को कभी भी 15 सेकंड से ज्यादा नहीं उबालना चाहिए, ज्यादा देर तक उबालने से चाय जहर बन जाती हैं 😰😰😰🤨🤨🤨😲😲😲🤔🤔🤔😊😊 अगर आपको कड़क चाय पीनी है तो थोड़ी सी चाय पत्ती ज्यादा डाल दें 😊😊😊, और हां चाय को छानने के बाद ही उसमें चीनी डालनी चाहिए , अगर हो सके तो चीनी की बजाय पीली शक्कर या गुड या देसी खांड या बूरा चीनी डालनी चाहिए 👍👍👍👍👍👌👌👌
