  • We have embarked on the Tarsar Marsar trek in Kashmir, which is regarded as the most beautiful summer trek In Kashmir. Come and Join us in this mesmerizing trek.
This 6-day trek takes us to an elevation of about 13,000 ft. and back down again and is replete with unimaginable scenic beauty. From dense forests to idyllic meadows and rugged mountain terrain, the variety of landscapes we trek past is second to none.
After setting off from our base camp in Aru Valley, we arrived at our first campsite after a long trek and set up our tents to stay the night in a scenic clearing. You’ll be surprised by the setup they offer here - from a dining tent and a kitchen tent to bio-toilet tents, they have it all here, so even though we’re far from the urban jungle, modern comforts are catered to here.
Day 2 involves an almost entirely uphill trek, taking us up to an altitude of about 10,000 ft. With a big push scheduled for Day 3, we turned in early.
On Day 3, we made the trek to the first of three lakes we would come across on this trek- Tarsar Lake. Located at an altitude of about 12,500 ft, this stunningly beautiful location is virtually unspoiled and is meant to reinvigorate you, as per the local language. It is also the local belief that all these alpine lakes are sacred and should be respected, which is why there is absolutely no trash in the vicinity.
Cleanliness is a theme throughout this trek, which has been organised with Indiahikes. They believe in the concept of offlanding, allowing no trash to be strewn about, and no non-biodegradeable materials used. As such, each trekker has their own lunchbox in which they are served food, and they have a yellow eco-bag each to pick up trash along the way and dispose of them responsibly, with the goal of leaving the mountains cleaner than we found them.
We leave Part 1 of this video at the beautiful Tarsar Lake - join us again in part 2 where we head further into the majestic mountains! And, if you’ve been planning to head out on a trek for the longest time, this is your sign to book one right away!

The English mean the people whose mother- language is English So I would like to suggest The English of their native state England , in Britain to take the best care internationally , especially in India ,Indians are behaving the language more badly ,they treated Indians before Independence in 1947.
