Texas declares disaster as Tropical Storm Alberto nears Mexico

- Texas Gov. Greg Abbott declared a severe weather disaster for parts of the state impacted by Tropical Storm Alberto. Heavy rain and storm surge from its outer bands flooded several communities, leaving entire neighborhoods underwater. NBC’s Sam Brock reports and TODAY’s Al Roker tracks the latest forecast.
